C7 2024 Kick-off Meeting

The C7 Kick-Off Meeting for civil society’s engagement during the Italian Presidency of the G7 will be held in Rome in a hybrid mode on January 18, 2024 and it represents the first official event of the C7 2024 process.
The C7 is a platform through which civil society organizations and actors worldwide can collaborate in order to enter into a dialogue with the G7.
The goal is to channel the voice of civil society bringing forth proposals and demands to protect the environment, promote social and economic development and well-being for all, ensure healthy lives, gender equality, human rights and the principle of leaving no one behind in order to positively influence the G7 positions.
It is opened to all civil society organizations and social movements interested in civil society’s engagement during the Italian Presidency of the G7.
In order to introduce this process, establish a vibrant institutional dialogue with G7 governments and provide a first space for discussion, the Italian Civil Society Coalition invite you to attend the International C7 Kick-Off.
At the launching event, G7 priorities will be outlined, the C7 Working Groups will be presented together with the C7 advocacy work and coordination mechanism.
