Robin Montgomery

Robin Montgomery has 25+ years’ experience working on HIV, TB and global health equity in Canadian and international settings, including sub-Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA). Her work is grounded in meaningful civil society and community engagement, policy and advocacy with a focus on issues of health equity, Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U), human rights, gender transformative and culturally sensitive programming, sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR), global health governance, and the strengthening of community health systems, leadership and responses. Robin also specializes in areas of organizational, network and leadership development, board governance, policy analysis and strategic planning. She is the 2024 International Coordinator to the Civil G7 Global Health Working Group under the Italian Presidency, former Board Member to the Developed Country NGO Delegation, and former Chair of the Implementer Group to the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Robin holds a Masters in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME), Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and a BA in Political Science and Women Studies.
