Emily Molinari is Assistant Coordinator at the International Peace Bureau (IPB) since 2023, where, among other campaigns and tasks, she focuses on the IPB Latin America Network and the Common Security Working Group. She earned her bachelor’s in International Studies from Università degli Studi di Trento, Italy, and Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany. Currently, she is finalizing her master’s in Conflict, Memory, and Peace between KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Editorial Committee of the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ). Passionate about cross-cultural understanding, Emily has lived in Colombia to research restorative justice, transitional justice, and the power of dialogue for peace. Her work and studies deepened her belief in peacebuilding and dialogue as tools for positive change and sustainable peace.
